Personal training is available in 30 minute or 60 minute sessions. Online registration will be coming, until then please contact the trainer directly to arrange. Cost for a 30 Minute Session is $30, a 60 Minute Session is $40.

As a young kid, Dale fell in love with sports. Starting in middle school, he participated in basketball and track for
Williamston and as a senior in high school he developed a strong interest in weightlifting and sport specific training. After graduating in 2009, he attended Michigan State University to pursue a career as an engineer. However, upon attending his first engineering class, he discovered that engineering was not for him and decided to turn his hobby, weightlifting, into a career and become a personal trainer. After graduating from MSU in 2014 with a degree in Kinesiology, he interned at State of Fitness, a personal training facility, to learn more about his chosen profession. Dale is also a coach at Williamston High School. Since 2011, he has been an assistant coach for the track and field team, specializing in high jump. He has found success in this area, coaching regional champions and state qualifiers.
Dale is an American College of Sports Medicine Certified Personal Trainer. He enjoys working with people of all skill and fitness levels and can help any person achieve his or her fitness goals. He specializes in sport performance for competitive athletes and strength training for motivated people that want to increase overall fitness. When Dale is not training or coaching, he is in the fitness center learning new exercises and trying to improve his knowledge and physical abilities.
